I worked internally with a multidisciplinary team to develop a software solution for managing and fulfilling public information requests. The challenge with designing this software was addressing the pain points of the different types of users. Ultimately we created a cohesive user-friendly design that was helpful to all users.

Mema Alerts is an emergency readiness app where users can prepare for and gain critical information about state emergencies. This user-centered design provides MS citizens with vital information during weather emergencies through personalized alerts, customizable checklists, and notifications.
